Q1. Are you a factory manufacturer or a trading company?

A: We are a factory and specialize in shoe material products and plastic injection parts for over 20 years. OEM & ODM are available.

Q2. How can I get the price?

A: We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry during working days (Except weekend and holidays).

Q3. Can I get samples for free? What's the MOQ?

-1. Yes. Please feel free to contact us. Most of samples are free, and you just need to pay the express charge.

-2. MOQ is 1000 prs per style/color .

Q4. What is your lead time?

-1. It depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Some models have in stock.

-2. Usually we can ship within 7-15 days for small quantity, and about 30 days for large quantity.

Q5. What is the shipping method?

A: It could be shipped by sea, by air or by express(EMS, SF, UPS, DHL, TNT, FEDEX and ect). Please confirm with us before placing orders.

Q6. How do you make our business long-term and good relationship?

Q7: Is it all right to make customer's Logo?

A: Sure, customer's logo can be added by embossed, debossed, sreen printed, etc.

Q8: Where is your loading port?

A: Shenzhen Port, China.

Q9. What is your payment term for production?

A: 40% in advance, and 60% before shipment.

Q10. What's the payment method?

A: We accept different payment terms. D/P, T/T, PayPal, Western Union, etc.
