At that time, our company had been working with SKECHERS for a few years, and after hearing that they were having difficulties in this area, our technical team thought about whether we could replace the metal diamonds with injection-molded plastic diamonds, and then fix the plastic diamonds to the vamp using the high-frequency machining method. After continuous attempts, the final product was not inferior to the quality of metal drill in color, reflection and brightness, and successfully replaced the previous production process of hot melt adhesive with high frequency processing, and the fastness was greatly strengthened. Later, it was proved that this innovative way solved the customer's problems well, and soon they continued to continue to produce a large number of orders. SKECHERS suffered only a relatively minor impact from the first order not being able to make it to shelves.
For many years after that, artificial diamond decorative shoes produced by this process have been very popular. At the same time, our company also won the national invention patent (patent number: ZL201010563945.6) for the innovation of this process, and also won the award of the local government of Dongguan City.
